This was a modern looking new build, the system fitted consisted of underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, a radiator heating system on the first floor with 3 x en-suites on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor. Additionally there was a large new kitchen, complete with a Quooker boiling water tap, and a utility room.  All the heating and hot water demands were met through a Grant Aerona 3 Air Source Heat pump.
